Rodeo Sanitary District has established administrative procedures in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code Sec. 6250 et seq.) whereby persons may inspect District records during business hours at the District’s Office and/or may obtain copies upon payment of a fee. The charge for copies is $1.00 for the first page, $.05 each additional page, $.10 per page for Political Reform Act material, CD’s-$5.00, DVD’s $10.00.
To request viewing or copies of District records mail the Public Records Request Form to Rodeo Sanitary District, 800 San Pablo Ave., Rodeo, CA 94572 or send an e-mail to publicrecords@rodeosan.org.
